About FHLM International
Who We Are
Faith, Hope & Love Ministries (FHLM International) is a Christian non-profit organisation dedicated to nurturing faith, fostering hope, and sharing Christ’s love through education, discipleship, and leadership development. We equip individuals and communities to live out their calling with confidence, compassion, and integrity.
FHLM is officially registered in South Africa as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) under Registration Number 2025/038188/08. An NPC is the South African equivalent of a 501(c)(3) charitable organisation in the United States or a registered charity in the United Kingdom. Like these international counterparts, NPCs exist solely for the public benefit, reinvesting all resources into their mission rather than distributing profits.
This status means FHLM International operates with full transparency and accountability, ensuring that every donation, partnership, and project directly supports our mission. Though incorporated in South Africa, our ministry is international in scope, serving churches, leaders, and communities around the world.
We are not a church and do not provide financial support to individuals or organisations. Instead, our focus is on offering Christ-centred training, mentoring, and discipleship that build up leaders and communities in sustainable, life-giving ways.
Our Mission and Vision
At the heart of Faith, Hope & Love Ministries is a simple yet profound mission: to provide holistic, Christ-centred support and education for individuals and communities. Everything we do flows from the conviction that faith, hope, and love must be lived out through practical action and servant leadership.
Mission: To provide holistic, Christ-centred education, training, and support that empowers people to grow in faith, hope, and love, and to serve others with wisdom and compassion.
Vision: To see resilient and compassionate communities worldwide where individuals are equipped to live out their faith, sustained by hope, and guided by Christ’s love in every aspect of life.
This mission and vision mean that FHLM is more than just an organisation — it is a ministry that helps others step into their calling, build stronger communities, and live as witnesses of God’s transforming grace.
Our Core Values
Our values keep us rooted in Christ and guide every part of our ministry. They also echo the name that defines us: Faith, Hope & Love Ministries.
- Faith – Rooted in Christ, guiding our actions and relationships.
- Hope – Inspiring resilience, encouragement, and strength in life and ministry.
- Love – Embodying Christ’s compassion and welcome for all.
- Integrity – Practicing honesty, accountability, and transparency.
- Service – Leading through humility and servant leadership.
- Inclusivity – Welcoming and respecting people of all backgrounds.
- Growth – Encouraging lifelong learning and spiritual formation.
These values ensure that FHLM remains not only a registered non-profit organisation but also a living witness to the transforming power of faith, hope, and love.
What We Do
Faith, Hope & Love Ministries works through three primary areas, each designed to bring faith, hope, and love into action:
- FHLM Equip – Christ-Centred Education
- FHLM Equip is the educational arm of our ministry. It provides Christ-centred training and discipleship opportunities that combine academic depth with practical ministry skills. Our courses cover leadership, pastoral care, discipleship, and spiritual formation, and are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and adaptable across cultures and contexts.
- Mentorship & Discipleship
- We offer mentoring and coaching for leaders and disciples at every stage of their journey. Our approach blends spiritual guidance, servant leadership, and pastoral support, helping people integrate their faith into everyday life and ministry.
- Community Support & Partnerships
- We build partnerships with churches, ministries, and non-profit organisations, sharing Christ-centred resources for discipleship and leadership. By working together, we extend our reach and help communities develop sustainable pathways for training and growth.
Leadership and Governance
FHLM International is governed as a Non-Profit Company (NPC), ensuring transparency and accountability. Our Board of Directors oversees the mission, finances, and long-term strategy of the organisation:
